There are nine categories in this year's awards we're seeking nominations in, and one - the Chairman's Award - which is made at the discretion of the Chairman and therefore is not open to nominations.

'League of Friends' Volunteer of the Year Award (named in recognition of the unique contribution the League of Friends has made over nearly 60 years to patients and staff, until its dissolution in September 2011) |
Awarded in recognition of any volunteer who has given their time or skills freely and consistently in order to make a positive contribution to hospital staff and/or patients |
