Poole Hospital Awards 2012/13
We are pleased to announce that nominations for this year’s Poole Hospital Awards are now open.
The awards are a great way to recognise those staff, volunteers, teams and fundraisers who go the extra mile and deliver a service over and above expectations.
Nominees may be in a patient-facing role - a nurse, doctor, midwife or porter - or they may be someone who works behind the scenes and is essential to the smooth running of our hospitals and our ability to provide excellent care.
This year is the second in which the trust is asking patients, their relatives, the public and our foundation trust membership - as well as our staff – to put an individual or team forward. An online nomination form, as well as forms available at every reception desk at Poole Hospital, make nominating easy.
The awards are open to anyone working or volunteering at the Trust, including our contractors. Those who support our work through fundraising can also receive recognition. This year, we're seeking nominations in the following categories:
- Volunteer of the Year
- Employee of the Year
- Service Improvement (individual)
- Service Improvement (team)
- Safer Hospitals
- Patient Care (individual)
- Patient Care (team)
- Fundraiser of the Year (individual)
- Fundraiser of the Year (team)
